Force all features to mesh

The force all features to mesh option can be turned off if meshing fails due to a very very small feature placed near a large feature. Sometimes such mesh refinement will require small featues, which cannot be possible to obtain. However, pay attention that any loads applied to the skipped feature (or its children) will not be included in FEA. A warning message is given when this is encountered. In visualNastran 4D, this is rarely needed.
